Our growing Exeter insurance broker team continue to provide personalised and professional service to clients.

Our Exeter branch are truly bringing insurance back into local communities.
We specialise in two key areas:

1. Conveyancing Products: Offering lawyers and conveyancers comprehensive coverage and policies, especially when complications arise during property sales.
2. Commercial Insurance: Insurance solutions for the construction, leisure and tourism, hospitality, property and charity sectors.

Since 2021, Northcott Beaton has been proud to be part of Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking, a collection of local insurance brokers providing insurance to businesses within the Southwest and South Wales areas. The division is part of Lloyd & Whyte Group and the Benefact Group, which firmly believe in better business, betters lives. The difference between your usual insurance broker and us, the Benefact Group donate all available profits to charities and good causes every year which we are proud to be part of. On the 1st of July 2024, Northcott Beaton rebranded to Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking Exeter.
