Our Taunton branch are wholly dedicated to providing professional yet personalised insurance service and to develop long lasting business relationships with valued clients built on mutual trust.

Established by founder Jo Pavey in 2008, our broker focuses on Taunton, Somerset area, drawing on over two decades of knowledge and expertise within the industry. Our dedicated team offers advice on business and property insurances, advocated for supporting local and understanding the unique needs of each client.
While providing comprehensive range of insurance solutions, the team recognise the individuality of client requirements. By working closely with clients, they are able to tailor insurance products to ensure optimal coverage and value, safeguarding both client and their businesses.
In June 2021, Jo Pavey Insurance Services joined Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking, a part of Lloyd & Whyte Group and The Benefact Group. This collaboration empowers our Taunton team enhance their unique offering of products and services to clients and continue being an integral business within the local community.
Being part of Benefact Group sets us aside from other insurance brokers, as they give back all available profits to charity and good causes each year as they believe better business, better lives. On the 1st of July 2024, Jo Pavey Insurance rebranded to Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking Taunton.

For example, we’ve raised £1,115 for the Exeter Chiefs Foundation and Libraries Unlimited have been awarded £1,000 through the Benefact Group Movement for Good Awards in 2024.
