At Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking Swansea, community is at the heart of everything we do – and our recent charity evening hosted in partnership with DWJ Wealth Management Ltd proved just that. Together, we raised an incredible £1,600 (with match funding from Benefact Group) for The National Autistic Society (Swansea), a charity that provides vital support to autistic people and their families in our local community.
A Night of music, generosity, and Connection
The event, hosted at the Swansea Yacht & Sub Aqua Club, brought together clients, colleagues, and friends for an evening filled with great conversation, delicious food, and live music from our very own Ian Bateman – Commercial Director at Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking Swansea, and his band, The Gower Tones. Known for their feel-good tunes and classic rock-and-roll energy, The Gower Tones kept spirits high and toes tapping all night long.
From start to finish, the evening was a celebration of connection, both in support of a fantastic cause and as a reminder of how powerful it can be when local businesses come together to make a difference.

We were proud to partner with DWJ Wealth Management Ltd, led by Managing Director Danni Watts Jones, for this special event. Based in South Wales, DWJ Wealth Management provides tailored wealth management advice to private and corporate clients across Wales, the City of London, and the South West of England.
Much like Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking Swansea, DWJ Wealth Management focuses on bespoke, client-centred solutions, ensuring every individual receives advice that helps them make informed financial decisions. Danni herself is passionate about breaking down barriers in financial education, turning complex situations into clear, understandable guidance that empowers clients to live their best lives.
This shared ethos, putting people first and building long term, lasting relationships, made the collaboration a natural fit.
Supporting The National Autistic Society (Swansea)
The funds raised, with generous match funding by Benefact Group, will go directly to The National Autistic Society (Swansea), whose work transforms the lives of autistic people and their families.
NAS Swansea provides support and resources across education, communication, and mental health, as well as running volunteer-led community activities for autistic children and adults. Their 24/7 online community offers a safe and inclusive space for families to connect and share experiences.
By supporting NAS Swansea, Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking Swansea and DWJ Wealth Management are helping to promote greater understanding and inclusion, vital steps towards building more compassionate, informed communities.
