Gemma Mather Head of Operational Performance

I have over 15 years’ experience in the Insurance and Financial Services industry, with the last 12 being in the Lloyd & Whyte Group.

I have worked in Account Executive, Operational, Client Service and Leadership Roles. During in my time within the Group I have specialised within the Healthcare Sector.

Since joining Community Broking, I enjoy working with internal and external stakeholders focusing on the day to day operational processes across the Division, in order to streamline the journey for our clients and our people.

I am passionate about supporting and working with others to find creative and effective solutions.

In my spare time I enjoy walking my two dogs, visiting new places, live music and spending time with family and friends.
